Today, I want to talk about something that’s honestly been on my mind for a long time and that might seem like a small or “weird” topic, but is actually incredibly significant when we look at how our physical behaviors are tied to subtle energy mechanics.

I’ve always felt uncomfortable around certain types of kissing. And let me be clear, it’s not that I have any issue with affection or physical touch. My discomfort comes from how kissing is portrayed and normalized in our culture.

Hollywood and media push this idea that kissing is something casual, something you should be doing with everyone, in movies, in music videos, in commercials, in moments of hyper-sexualized imagery.
